Thirty years ago, people had only a preliminary understanding of the Internet, but today, the Internet has become an integral part of everyone's life, the result of which make groundswell enter every place of life. As the Groundswell says: the groundswell is about to get embedded within every activity, not just on computers, but on mobile devices and in the real world. Perhaps the birth and development of the groundswell, in other words, the Internet, will be the symbol of the third industrial revolution in the eyes of the people in the future. Groundswell is like the key word of today. If you don't pay attention to it, it proves that you are out of date. And in the same way, companies that aren’t wired into the groundswell in 2012 will look very twentieth century—which is to say, out of touch. In all the official websites of the company, there is always a column left for the vast number of users which make the company have a chance to listen the voice of people....
